We want to make Pilates accessible to everybody. In addition to our traditional group classes, duets, and one-on-one with an instructor session, we offer our inclusive in-the-studio on-demand video classes, produced and filmed at our beautiful creative studio. All you have to do is show up, choose your desired level, type of class, and instructor, and work out in our private rooms with state-of-the-art apparatus and props. We have introduction videos, videos suitable for every level, and stretch and cardio classes. Possibilities are endless, and we add new courses every week.
